I have 20 years experience working the primary sector across KS1 and KS2. During this time, 14 years involved being trained up in middle leadership, specifically coaching others to be reflective and help unlock their potential to reach their goals and overcome obstacles. With experience across key stages and a range of settings, I am highly effective in supporting others, drawing upon a breadth of personal experience in education. I have undergone training in coaching through Edison Personal Development, Teaching Walkthrus and Best Practice Network.
