Some might be tempted to interpret my eclectic background as indecision. They would be wrong. It much rather bears witness to my adaptability, resourcefulness, resilience and passionate curiosity for life. Even though my professional path has had more twists and turns than a Martha Graham routine, the recurrent theme is the desire to work with people.

As a teenager, I developed an Eating Disorder and Major Depression. Part of my road to recovery has been the resolve to pay it forward. As a lived experience practitioner, I have found coaching to be my natural calling.

Why do I call myself an eclectic coach? Drawing from various schools of thought, my sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and aspirations. Whether the aim is to cope with stress, improve work performance or personal development, coaching is a creative process: it is the art of unleashing people’s potential. As a thinking partner, hope enhancer and loneliness companion, I support anyone who feels they need help in flourishing emotionally. I am not a therapist – but working together in a supportive environment to gain valuable insights can yield therapeutic benefits.
