With 12 years of teaching experience and 22 years of social work practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to our coaching relationship. My extensive experience includes working with families on the frontline of safeguarding in Children’s Services, where I have honed my abilities in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and family support. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of how to promote the safety and well-being of children and young people while supporting families through challenging times.
