Throughout my career, I have navigated multiple roles and responsibilities, gaining extensive experience in diverse fields. My mission is to support both established and emerging leaders in corporate and start-up environments, helping them implement necessary changes, pivot when needed, and develop their projects from inception to successful ventures. My experience with SMEs, start-ups, and large corporations (such as Barclays, RBI, Kwik, Eezio, and Realy) has provided me with a unique perspective on strategy development and operational management. I have successfully launched new businesses within corporations and led product pivots, including international projects, delivering impressive financial results.

Storytelling and Negotiations

Through my roles in partnerships, investor relations, and client relations, I have learned that success in both professional and personal endeavours hinges on crafting compelling narratives. I teach this principle in my advisory practice and emphasize it in my public speaking engagements.

Coaching

My formal coaching education at the University of Cambridge, along with accreditations from professional organizations, has honed my skills in observation, active listening, powerful questioning, and non-directive leadership. I focus on fostering transformational growth, believing that the evolution of businesses begins with the development of their leaders.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I am passionate about sports and the arts. I am an avid tennis player, have a background in equestrian jumping and volleyball (having played at the university level), and am a classically trained violinist with a love for opera.
