Profile
As a supervisor, I understand that being a coach requires ongoing reflection and growth to ensure the best outcomes for your clients. Supervision offers you a confidential and supportive space to explore challenges, enhance your coaching skills, and reflect on your practice in a way that fosters both professional and personal development.
Every coach is unique, and the level of supervision needed varies depending on your experience, client base, and specific challenges. After an initial consultation, we will work together to determine the best approach to support your growth and practice. Supervision sessions last for 50 minutes and take place in a calm, confidential, and professional environment.
With a background as a chartered psychologist (CPsychol, British Psychological Society – reg no. 278042) and a member of the BACP (MBACP – reg no. 381499), I bring a wealth of experience from various fields, including trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and complex health conditions. This allows me to offer insight and guidance on the psychological aspects of coaching that can arise in your work with clients.
I am also experienced in navigating issues related to disability and chronic illness, both personally and professionally. This unique perspective allows me to support coaches working with clients facing physical and emotional challenges. Whether you’re working with clients dealing with significant life transitions or seeking deeper understanding, supervision can help you maintain ethical standards, foster resilience, and build confidence in your role.
My supervision practice is rooted in ethical guidelines, with monthly external supervision for my own practice. I am also fully UK government DBS-checked for your peace of mind.
