Coaching is an effective tool for personal development with a focus on the present and future. I will ask you powerful questions to challenge your assumptions, create new insights, raise self-awareness and gain learning. I will support you to generate options to achieve agreed outcomes. I will provide support as you try out new ways of working/ behaviours.

I specialize in Goal-focused Coaching, Solution-focused Coaching, Person-Centred Coaching, Narrative-based Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Transformational Coaching, Challenging Coaching and Gestalt Coaching.

We will build a relationship based on trust and honesty, and we will work together on any topic/s you would like to bring to the session/s. I am friendly and follow the Association for Coaching Global Code of Ethics.

During the 15 days trial period, I offer a free 45 minutes call to talk through what you are looking for in coaching and to give you the opportunity to ask me any questions. You will be able to book your next session/s via a Calendly link I will share with you, and I understand plans can change so I am flexible if you need to reschedule your session/s; you will be able to do so easily via Calendly as well.
