In my 30 years in the corporate world, I had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of countries as an expat. Throughout this life journey, I discovered that what truly brings me joy is helping others grow, both in their careers and personal lives. What stands out most in my memories aren’t the titles I earned but the people I had the privilege to support in their growth and development. While I celebrated many accomplishments, I also gained valuable insights about the importance of balance and self-care. These experiences helped clarify what truly matters to me: fostering meaningful connections and empowering others to thrive.

As I approached the later stages of my corporate journey, I recognised the tremendous value of having a supportive environment—something I found through coaching. This experience was transformative for my own growth and well-being. It inspired me to pursue my true passion by earning an Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge and completing a Counseling Certificate from the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional (UTN Argentina).

Today, I am committed to making a positive impact as a coach, guiding people through their challenges and helping them live more fulfilling, balanced lives where success is intertwined with happiness. I’ve had the privilege of assisting individuals with a range of goals, from finding satisfaction at work and achieving work-life balance to navigating career changes or returning to the workforce after becoming a parent. However, the outcomes have often gone beyond these initial objectives, resulting in deeper, more transformational changes—helping clients not only meet their goals but also discover new perspectives, unlock personal growth, and create more meaningful, purposeful lives. My passion lies in creating a space where people can explore their lives, overcome obstacles, and take those transformative steps toward lasting fulfillment.
