Farzana Aldridge

Farzana is a very experienced professional who has worked in the public sector in a variety of senior roles in seven local authorities across the country, for nearly 30 years. She has designed and delivered a range of complex projects and programmes and has led and managed large professional teams and significant public sector budgets. She has a very good understanding of the challenges being faced by local authorities in the delivery of public services, whilst at the same time securing economic and capital growth, which improve the lives and life chances of their residents.

She has a strong track record of strategic and operational management of projects, bringing clarity, strategic and operational planning and a tenacious focus on the delivery of agreed outcomes. Her ability to bring people with her creates momentum and pace, enabling timelines and success criteria to be met.

She has worked successfully with practitioners, leaders and wider community members to improve services and provision for residents in the local authorities in which she has worked.
