Profile
I’m a Solution Focused, Strengths Based Executive and Life Coach with over 15 years of experience in management, project management, and coaching. My passion lies in supporting individuals to reach their full potential, particularly those navigating the unique challenges of neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism, and executive functioning difficulties.
Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in executive coaching, life coaching, and advocacy for neurodivergent individuals. Having worked extensively with senior executives, graduate starters, and individuals going through life transitions, I focus on creating strategies tailored to each client’s unique strengths and goals. I truly believe in empowering people to thrive, not in spite of their differences, but because of them.
What I Offer
- Neurodiversity Coaching: I work closely with individuals who are neurodivergent, helping them manage executive functioning challenges and harness their strengths. This is an area I’m particularly passionate about, having been diagnosed with ADHD myself in my late 30s.
- Executive Coaching: I support senior professionals in enhancing their leadership skills, improving decision-making, and boosting organisational impact. My approach is rooted in practical strategies and a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face today.
- Life Coaching: Whether you’re navigating personal transitions, seeking to define your goals, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I offer bespoke coaching to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
Having worked for 20 years at RELX Group, a FTSE 100 company, I’ve led large editorial teams, managed talent across international locations, and delivered over 3,000 hours of coaching. I completed the company’s rigorous RELX “Velocity Scheme”, an intensive 16-month executive coaching programme accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and Henley Business School. Since then, I’ve honed my expertise in ADHD coaching, completing advanced training with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
Why Neurodiversity Coaching?
As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I understand the practical and emotional challenges of managing neurodivergence in professional and personal contexts. My coaching approach is strengths-based, helping clients understand and leverage their unique “brain wiring” to succeed. I’ve learned that while ADHD and Autism come with challenges, they also offer incredible opportunities to think differently and thrive on your own terms. For me, it’s not about trying to fit into a neurotypical mould but about finding what works for you.
A Bit More About Me
Coaching is a partnership, and for me, building rapport with my clients is key. I want to ensure we’re the right fit for each other, so I offer a FREE 30-minute introductory call—no strings attached. Whether you’re ready to dive into coaching or just curious to learn more, I’m here to answer your questions and see how we can work together.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients from all walks of life, from Michelin-starred chefs to magicians, car mechanics to Cabinet Makers, and students at various stages of their academic journeys. My experience spans a broad range of industries, and I pride myself on offering versatile, personalised coaching to each individual.
If you’re dealing with ADHD, Autism, or other executive functioning challenges, or if you simply want to explore new possibilities in your career or personal life, let’s talk. It’s never too late to make a change—and sometimes, taking that first step is the hardest part.
