You can easily find professionals by using relevant keywords or browsing through specific categories. Advanced search filters allow you to refine your search based on criteria like area of expertise, location, ratings, and pricing.
We carefully assess all applications submitted by potential mentors and coaches, evaluating them based on their qualifications and expertise. At MentorMeet, we aim to exclusively accept applications from seasoned professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields. Furthermore, many of the professionals featured on our platform have received reviews from satisfied clients who have utilised their services previously.
Engaging with Professionals
You have the option to interact directly with professionals via our secure messaging system. This feature enables you to delve deeper into your requirements, seek clarification, and address any concerns you may have. We provide a complimentary 15-day trial period for all new sign-ups. We recommend that Mentors, Coaches, and Supervisors arrange an initial chemistry meeting with you during this timeframe to ensure compatibility and alignment. If you find that the professional you’ve selected doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time.
At MentorMeet, we prioritize quality and ensuring customer satisfaction above all else. We encourage customers to provide detailed briefs and expectations to their chosen professional during their chemistry meeting. Furthermore, we advise the selected professional to present a solution-oriented plan or highlight examples of their expertise in the relevant field. If a strong rapport is established between the customer and the professional service provider, that’s fantastic! However, if the fit isn’t ideal, it’s completely acceptable to part ways. The beauty of it all is that this process occurs within your 15-day free trial period!
Security and Payments
Payments are securely processed through our platform. Professionals providing services on our platform link to our payment processor, Stripe, directly from their dashboard. All aspects of billing, payments, and commissions are managed through Stripe. For additional details, please refer to the “docs” section located on your dashboard.
Registering and exploring MentorMeet comes at no cost. Our platform operates on a fee structure where we only apply a service charge when a transaction is completed. This fee is subtracted from the total payment made by the customer, ensuring transparency and fairness in our pricing model. It’s important to us that our users have the freedom to explore and connect without any upfront financial commitment in the form of our 15 day free trial.
To cancel your subscription, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ section.
3. Find the order you wish to cancel.
4. In the ‘Actions’ category, click ‘Cancel’.
Once you’ve completed these steps, your subscription cancellation will be processed. To ensure timely cancellation, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 5 working days before your subscription is set to renew. This allows us to process your request efficiently and prevent any unwanted charges.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account or if already logged in, go to your dashboard by clicking the ‘My Account’ icon at the top of the page.
2. Click on ‘Orders’.
3.Locate the specific order you wish to refund and click on ‘View’.
4. Within 14 days after placing your order, go into the order details and click on ‘Request refund’.
5. Select either ‘Full Refund’ or ‘Partial Refund’ from the drop down list.
6. For the Partial Fund option, enter in the refund value for your request (cannot exceed the price of service).
7. Provide the reasoning for your refund request in the text box and submit your refund request to the Coach/Mentor.
Once your request is submitted, the vendor will be notified, and will review and process your refund accordingly. For more detailed information regarding our refund policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
