Profile
I believe that everyone who wants to work should be able to do so, and that we all have a role to play in making this a reality. My passion lies in helping individuals and organisations create and maintain environments where disabled people can perform to their full potential.
My approach is deeply informed by my own lived experience of disability, cancer and neurodiversity:
- I acquired my disability thirteen years ago and this reshaped the way I lived my life. I needed to learn how to adapt to new physical and social barriers, and develop psychological resilience in the face of things being different to the way I was used to or wanted them to be.
- I survived Stage 3 cancer nine years ago, and whilst the acute periods of treatment were of course very physically challenging, I was able to utilise the resilience skills I had previously developed upon becoming disabled. This experience did teach me a lot about the way people respond differently to acute and chronic illness.
- A late diagnosis of neurodivergence has completed the puzzle for me, helping me to better understand the way I approach life and work and and use this knowledge to approach challenges in ways that better align with my way of thinking.
This journey led me to retrain as a coach with the University of Cambridge, focusing on helping others navigate and overcome barriers in the workplace. So, I specialise in Disability Coaching, Inclusive Leadership Coaching, and Disability Awareness Consultancy, supporting both individuals and organisations in fostering inclusive, accessible cultures.
My work is grounded in the Social Model of Disability, modern data, and evidence-based coaching techniques. I use this combination to enable disabled professionals and non-disabled leaders to thrive by developing inclusive practices for working that benefit everyone.

Throughout the process, my approach remains non-directive and client led, giving you space to reflect, explore new perspectives, and build confidence.
